Hatyai Signature Hotel

The room are spacious. I booked 1 family room (1 king bed and 1 single bed) for my parents and 1 deluxe twin beds for myself. Breakfast are delicious too and they provide halal breakfast (but i feel a bit suspicious with the sausages they serve in the fried rice - i didn't eat that btw) They have swimming pool (i didn't check it out since too tired after spending the whole day driving here and there with my parents). This hotel also have gym for their guest to use it (didn't check it out either). This hotel are so quiet at night (which i love the most). No loud music from karaoke or lounge.

The room was huge! Air conditioning worked well, nice little balcony, lift for luggage and staff were so helpful. We didn't have Thai Baht for our deposit and thankfully they accepted Malaysian Ringgit instead. The in house restaurant is also superb and the concierge very helpful!

Facilities, room,cleanlines,staff, two thumbs up.

1. the room was spacious. 2. location strategic but not to crowded at night suitable bring baby. 3. the hotel environment was nice and cozy 4. staff very helpful. can speak malay. male staff dont know what his name.
